Using high-profile cases and theoretical insights, this article outlines four strategies: precise stakeholder mapping, proactive stakeholder engagement, strategic transparency, and socially responsible mechanisms. These approaches offer practical tools to transform opposition into collaboration, enhance legitimacy, and align corporate goals with societal priorities.
