简要地评述了金属薄板成型工艺中局部化颈缩引起的塑性失稳机制和成型极限分析的成果;讨论了多种塑性失稳判据在成型极限分析的实验和有限元模拟两方面的应用及其局限性;指出了塑性失稳破坏是延性材料的塑性加工硬化和损伤软化两者的相互作用过程,并介绍了应用连续损伤力学方法研究这一课题的进展。||Plastic unstability induced by localized necking in sheet metal forming process and forming limit analysis are reviewed. Some applications of plastic unstability criteria on forming limit analysis and related computer simulations are discussed. Plastic unstability-failure, as an interaction between plastic work-hardening and damage-softening is presented and the advances of Continuum Damage Mechanics related to this project are also reviewed in this paper.
