Abstract
静态超声弹性成像 (Ultrasound Elastography)利用超声探测技术,检查组织的弹性特征,从一定程度上量化反映了医生在触诊中的主观感受,在科学研究和临床实践中有广泛的应用 价值。本文综述了该项技术的研究背景、研究进展,并对其临床中遇到的问题做了初步的分析和探讨。以期通过今后的研究,帮助医生更好地获得弹性图像 (Elastogram),继而做出客观诊断。 ||Ultrasound elastography reveals the elastic property of biological tissues.It quantifies the characteristics felt by palpation to some extent,and thus has an extensive value in scientific studies and clinical practices.After reviewing its background and study progress,this paper provides a preliminary analysis and discussion of the problems encountered in clinical practice.Further studies are expected to help doctors better assess the elastogram of tissues for objective diagnosis.
