Ultra-broadband tunable polarization converter for micro-fluidic-meta-surfaces

We present a widely tunable polarization converter with ultra-broad working frequency for microfluidic metasurface. By adjusting the configuration of L-shaped antenna, both cross and circular polarization conversion can be achieved under a linear-polarized illumination.
