Three characteristics - emphasis on the strengths of the participants, focus on reflective learning and utilization of experiential learning - are intrinsic to the training program. Through the emphases of the strengths perspectives, experiential learning and reflective learning, trainees will appreciate the philosophy and desired teaching methodology of P.A.T.H.S.
