Abstract
Before program implementers implement the Secondary 2 (Grade 8) program of Project P.A.T.H.S. in Hong Kong, they are required to participate in a 3-day workshop. This paper describes the objectives, curriculum, design and learning outcomes of the training program of the 3-day workshop. Three characteristics - emphasis on the strengths of the participants, focus on reflective learning and utilization of experiential learning - are intrinsic to the training program. Through the emphases of the strengths perspectives, experiential learning and reflective learning, trainees will appreciate the philosophy and desired teaching methodology of P.A.T.H.S.
