Abstract
This study explores the influence of user-interface design on technology adoption by comparing three theoretical models: (1) the original TAM, (2) the model with user-interface design as an antecedent to PU and PEOU, and (3) the model with additional two other antecedents: system support and functionality, which are mediating factors of user-interface design on PEOU and PU respectively. With these models, we investigate the role of user-interface design.
