Abstract

目的 深入了解和探索香港护士照顾 SARS病人的经验。方法 运用了EdmundHusserl观点构成的质性研究 ,深入访问 3家地区医院的 8名注册护士。结果 使用Colaizzi的分析程序 ,了解到护士在照顾SARS病人时得到的不同感受、不稳定的概念、关怀和照顾病人的新理念。结论 需要对护士作出广泛而持续的支持 ,使他们更了解如何去照顾SARS病人 ,及走过他们不确定和难以预料的旅程。 ||Objective This study describes the lived experience of eight registered nurses who cared for SARS patients in three regional hospitals in Hong Kong.Method A complex mesh of feelings and interrelated experiences were expressed.Results In the process of caring for SARS patients, nurses recognized that they were creating the conditions whereby caring beliefs could be realized and revitalized.Conclusions There is a need for extensive and on-going support to prepare and enable nurses to care for SARS patients with greater understanding, and to be understood as they simultaneously experience their own journey of uncertainty.
