Abstract
This paper integrates four systems related to the feasibility study of real estate projects. Tightly coupled integration based on a unified environment using an integrated process model. An integrated real estate project feasibility study auxiliary system is realized, which comes from four existing systems, namely, the site selection analysis system, the market analysis system, the economic evaluation system, and the collaborative authoring system. The practicability of the integrated process model is verified, and a more efficient, accurate and reliable auxiliary system for the feasibility study of real estate projects is obtained.
