Abstract
This case study assesses the past, present, and future prospects of the China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as 'Canton Fair.' It provides a chronological analysis of the fair's characteristics and management, exhibitor and buyer profiles and interactions, appraises aspects of the venue and community impacts, and examines future prospects. Secondary research, observations, and in-depth interviews with relevant industry executives form the basis of this case study analysis.
