Abstract
Based on a lot of experiments on the thermomechanical properties of shape memory alloy reinforced composites which have been applied in some intelligent structures, the quadrangular and triangular models were established, and the corresponding formulae of finite element method were developed. The analytical software for the composites, including the static and dynamic analyses, was programmed and applied for computing a cantilever structure, which was embedded with the shape memory alloy.
