Abstract
Abstract The relationship between tear break‐up time and blink frequency was investigated in a group of 41 subjects. A significant relationship between tear breakup time and blinking was found. This suggests that tear stability plays an important role in stimulating normal involuntary blinking. 1991 Institution Acta Ophthalmologica Scandinavica
