This chapter aims to review the current therapeutic strategies, potential targets within adipose tissue, and novel approaches for managing adipose tissue-related conditions. It acknowledges the gaps in our current understanding of adipose tissue physiology and its clinical implications. Uncovering the complexities of adipose tissue highlights potential future research directions in the field. Emphasizing personalized medicine underscores the importance of tailored interventions for metabolic disorders. This chapter critically overviews the evolving adipose tissue therapeutics, setting the stage for further research and patient care advancements.
