System dynamics method for sustainable land intensive utilization and development in Beijing

Abstract

In the development of land of cities, the land use and urban ecological bearing capacity should be balanced. Based on system thinking and the principle of SD, this paper analyzed the background of society, economy and environment of urban land use in Beijing, and established the SD model of sustainable land use and development In Beijing. Through the computer simulation, the results of main parameters can be drawn. On the basis of above results, it could further analyze the development orientation of urban land use and development in the future.
