Abstract
The present invention discloses a system (101) for DC-DC converter health diagnosis and remaining useful life (RUL) prediction comprises: an analyzer module (102) configured to measure and analyse electrical behaviour of samples from a DC-DC converter in an accelerated lifetime test (ALT); a data acquisition module (103) configured to measure electrical parameters data; a data preprocessing module (104); and a feature extraction module (105); wherein an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm is used to predict a remaining useful life (RUL) of the DC-DC converter. The present invention also discloses a method comprising the steps of: measuring an output of samples directly with a pre-configured electronic load to determine electrical parameters; conducting a temperature-humidity bias (THB) test on the samples under high temperature and high humidity stress; measuring the electrical parameters data to obtain potential failure precursors; repeating the THB test and the measurement of electrical parameters data until
