Abstract

The cluster [H2Os3(CO)10] reacts with [(bipy)Pd(CO2Me2] to give [(bipy)Pd2Os3(CO)12], 1, in moderate yield; an X-ray structure analysis of 1 reveals an edge bridging square metal core.
