Abstract

聚醚多元醇与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯以及 二羟甲基丙酸等单体在无溶剂的情况下进行预聚-封端制得环保型水性聚氨酯。在二羟甲基丙酸用量不变的情况下,研究了-NCO/-OH(R值)、投料方式等 对乳液及其胶膜性能的影响;并对织物整理进行了一系列应用研究,给出了织物整理工艺较合理的工艺参数。 ||An environmental friendly waterborne polyurethane was synthesized from monomers of polyether glycol,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),2,2-dimethyopropionic acid(DMPA) and so on by prepolymerized and closed on without solvents .The effects of ratio of NNCO/NOH(R value) on the emulsion and the coating properties were studied under the condition of keeping constant amount of DMPA.A series of application research on fabric-finishing were carried out and the reasonable process parameters were given.
