Abstract

The substructuring method benefits to the model updating process since it handles one or several substructures only instead of the global structure. In this chapter, the substructuring methods introduced in previous chapters for dynamic and sensitivity analyses will be developed to implement the sensitivity-based FE model updating of large-scale structures.
