Abstract
A heat transfer model for estimating heat gains of PV (photovoltaic) wall structures was presented. A comparison calculation for the massive wall with and without PV module integration was reported. The results show that the heat gain of PV wall structure can be significantly in summer, so that the cooling load of the building is decreased.
