Study on psychological factors influencing the employment aspirations of fashion students in China

Abstract

Taking fashion students who working in the area of pattern making in China as an example,the psychological factors influencing the employment aspirations are investigated and analysed through questionnaire survey,which includes 325 fashion students from 7 different universities in the mainland China,and the main factors which influenc students employment are found out.The results show that study interest is the main factor impacts to employment,but school and major etc.have no relevant relations with students′ employment.||以學生選擇從事服裝打版職業為例,調查分析中國大陸7所高等服裝院校的325名學生的就業心理,找出影響學生對職業選擇的主要因素.結果顯示,學習興趣對就業心理影響顯著,而學校類型、專業方向等與學生是否選擇打版職業無顯著相關關系.
