Abstract

糖类物质的过剩摄取引起的肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂症、龋齿等已成为一大社会问题.因此,有利于身体健康的低热值性甜味剂的需求量越来越大.现在市场上越来越多的饮料、糕点以天然甜味剂作为调味剂,主要产品有"甜宝"(甜味菊和甘草甜素的混合物)、新甜宝、甜菊苷和甘草甜素等.
