Abstract

The statistic interval estimation method on the bridge parameters are discussed based on the noised vehicle response, which could be used for most of the operational system parameters. The parameter identifications are considered to be a nonlinear optimization process, which could be solved by Guass-Newton or Levenberg-Marquardt method. The statistic interval estimations are obtained based on the optimization results, the Jacobi matrix and the residual error. It is concluded that the proposed method can achieve bridge parameter identifications and interval estimations according to the noised vehicle responses. The method has the advantage of anti-white-noise, and the reconstructed curve is noise-filtered. The method could also be used to estimate the vehicle parameters by bridge response.
