Abstract

The recent ITMA Asia + CITME exhibit held in Shanghai featured many staple yarn spinning machineries that are energy efficient. For instance, a unique foreign fiber separation solution with polarized light was exhibited by Truetzschler, as well as a new combing machine for high performance, and auto leveling draw frame for processing comber silver. Another exhibitor, Rieter, featured their new company spinning machine for six different types of COM4 yarns, while Oerlikon exhibited an improved package solution, focusing on yarn quality and spinning. Chinese exhibitor Chenyang featured their reciprocating bale opener CFA009 that is suitable to cotton, viscose and synthetic fibers with length less than 76mm. Another exhibitor is Loptex, which featured its OptoSonic Sorter equipped with two sensing principles. Other notable exhibitors include Jingwei, Vetal, which featured its Vetal Scan Polysenso, Dongfei Marzoli, and Hongyuan.
