Abstract

Researchers fabricated solution-processed heterostructures consisting of 2D MoS2and perovskite with device structure for photodetection. Bulk MoS2powder was chemically exfoliated, using the well-established lithium intercalation method, into monolayer nanosheets that are soluble in water. The nanosheets fabricated in this study were characterized with Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies (XPS) to obtain the concentration of the metallic and semiconducting phases.
