Abstract

综述了单模塑料光导纤维的制作原理及现有的制作技术 ,讨论了各种类型单模塑料光导纤维在传感、通讯、光信息处理等方面的应用||The principle for fabricating single-mode polymer optical fibers (POF) and their manufacture techniques were reviewed. The potential applications with various types of single-mode POFs in the field of sensing, communication andoptical message processing were discussed.
