Abstract

Assembly job scheduling of aerospace product is very complicated because its assembly line is a mixed one, in which aerospace products of diverse models, diverse technology states and diverse batches are assembled. Aiming at agile assembly, math models of assembly job scheduling are studied in this paper. To minimize assembly time, math models of minimum scale, integrated assembly jobs, priority relations among jobs, resource requirements, resource constraints and mixed assembly scheduling were built for aerospace product mixed assembly in view of product queues, assembly jobs, assembly resources and assembly scheduling. Using assembly scheduling model as fitness function, and taking product queue model, assembly job model and assembly resource model as bounds for objective function of genetic algorithm, assembly job schedule is optimized and a better schedule is achieved. This the effectiveness of those math models is vecified.
