Abstract
The machines showed at ITMA Asia + CITME 2010 indicated how high performance machines have been developed for producing higher quality yarns at low costs over the past decades. Rieter offered innovative solutions to its entire product range for yarn spinning and fiber quality. Oerlikon Schlafhorst presented the new Autoconer X5 winding machine with greater automation and lower energy consumption at high productivity. Jingwei's JWF1O12-230 is a reciprocating bale opener that is suitable for all kinds of cotton and cotton-type man-made fibers. Jossi exhibited Vision Shield Inspect 4, the top performer among machines for eliminating contamination in cotton tufts. Vision Shield Inspect 4 is not only reliable for detecting optically brightened contamination, mainly polypropylene and other synthetics, and finished cotton fabrics, but it also has other features. Zhengzhou HTHI displayed ZF1056 Foreign Fibers Detecting Separator with 800 kg/h production capacity.
