Abstract

With the extensive use of the electric vehicles (EVs), the wireless charging system, which allows a convenient replenish mode, is increasingly needed. The magnetic resonance technology has gained attention due its numerous merits, such as high efficiency, long distance transmission. The basic principles of magnetic resonance is introduced in this paper. The research trends and state-of-the-arts applications in EV charging are introduced and compared in the aspects of efficiency, stability and feasibility, etc. The issues in the development of this technology are discussed, and the brand-new implementations are pointed out with multiple regulations.
