Abstract
The light scattering properties of the boron doped diamond film were investigated using ultraviolet and visible excitations. It was found that, with the increase of excitation energies the Fano-type interference between discrete phonon scattering and continuum electronic scattering becomes weak and phonon scattering peak shifts to higher Raman shift. The decoupling zone center phonon frequency was estimated based on the ultraviolet Raman scattering.
