Abstract
In the downstream processing of the fermentation of microorganism, macroporous resin show its advantages in the field of pharmaceutical industry, because of the efficacy in isolation and purification. The application on isolation and purification of new antibiotics, immunosuppressant, enzyme inhibitors were recommended by surveying the literatures domestic and abroad in this paper.
