N2 - To address the quality control problems of product-service system (PSS), including job shop manufacturing and customization of orders, disability and default of process quality control, we build a model of process quality control system, using improved turtle diagram and evaluation method based on VDA, for more achievement of sustainability through PSS. We show that the model of process quality control is effective and practical for continuous improvement in PSS, quality management and sustainable development of enterprises. This study provides further supplement for existing theory of enterprise quality management and product-service system.
