Abstract

Researchers focus on a green light-emitting diode (LED) using formamidinium (FA)-based perovskite emitter. Using a two-step sequential solution processed deposition method they fabricate high-quality FA-perovskite films that are highly dense and uniform. FABr is spin-deposited on top of predeposited PbBr2layer in this two-step approach. Thermal annealing of the solid-state films leads to a phase transition process in which both the nucleation and growth of perovskite crystals are completed.
