This research is a longitudinal study of 77 articles on hotel corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices published in tourism and hospitality journals indexed in the Social Sciences Citation Index. Content analysis is used to evaluate the nature of the articles, including the article profile, use of theories, use of research approaches, and research themes. A timeline is created to compare the development of the research areas over a decade.
