Abstract

Personalized customer demand requires manufacturers to produce varieties of small batch products, however enterprises cannot deal well with dynamic production process caused by customer demand when the action of resource purchasing becomes short-rotation. From the qualitative and quantitative perspective, based on Internet-of-Things and Collaborative optimization, this paper builds a control infrastructure of production system multi-stage synchronization to deal with high dynamics. Eventually, the control frame is demonstrated by using a chemical manufacturing enterprise.
