Abstract
Materials research scientists shared their latest research findings at the International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies (ICAMT 2005) Symposium N:ZnO and Related Materials. The core technical sessions of the main program included 18 invited papers, 50 contributed papers, 85 posters, and a total of 153 papers. The major topics at the conference included nanostructures, thin film transistors, spintronics, defects, optical properties, and characterization. Around 77 proceedings paper were submitted and 38 were accepted for publication in the proceedings, of the 153 presented papers.
