Abstract

Nowadays, mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our daily lives. We are very used to recording the world by taking photos with our mobile phones. We propose in this chapter a human model customization method that creates accurate 3D models for individuals by taking photos using mobile devices. We also demonstrate a potential application of this method, where precise 3D body models and the corresponding measurements are used for tailoring suits.
