Abstract
This project aims to integrate an oriental view of life values and a Western approach to clothing, a piece of us, by transferring Korean traditional folk paintings depicting Chinese characters of moral principles (孝悌忠信禮義廉恥) into the contemporary garment through a novel clothing construction and digital printing methods.
This exhibition embraces six outfits created in both physical and virtual forms but sharing the same design. Due to COVID-19, the show was presented virtually through a 360-degree VR show produced using Matterport and two fashion films created by CLO3D and 3D modelling tools.
