Overlapping perturbation on soliton transmission

Abstract

We analyzed the dependence of perturbation effects on pulse-to-pulse distance for 1-soliton phase-modulated Nonlinear Fourier Division Multiplexing systems and demonstrate that negligible perturbation on solitons can bring significant distortions after propagation.
