Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the analysis of casino operations and marketing phenomenon notable between 1996 and 1999 and attributed this in Macau, including the Asian financial crisis and China by evaluating whether the main financial data relating to casino and how the casino industry influence in Asia to. The overall casino industry in Asia Pacific has been reviewed is divided into five areas: (1) including Hong Kong and Macao, China; (2) Australia (3), the Philippines and Malaysia (4), Vietnam and Cambodia, (5) South Korea . Status of this area of ​​the casino industry, marketing strategies, look at the characteristics of each country situation surrounding the casino industry, the Asian economic crisis were discussed, including the impact of the casino industry. In addition, Macao has been re-evaluated in relation to the attribution of China's Macau casino industry. In this study it was discussed future prospects for the casino industry in each region focused on marketing analysis and proposals of importance.
