Abstract
An inversion methodology for nonlinear microwave imaging based on an improved tabu search algorithm and frequency-domain finite element method is proposed. To enhance the performances of tabu search algorithms, a transition criterion for different current states, the introduction of a dynamic tabu list, and the usage of Bayes Principle to guide subsequent searches are proposed. Extensive numerical results are reported to demonstrate the feasibilities and advantages of the proposed methodology.
