Abstract
Novel C-rich carbon nitride, prepared from thermal treatment of urea-derived porous g-C3N4with addition of glucose-derived carbon, exhibits a nanoporous structure and is conductive at room temperature. As a p-type semiconductor, the porous carbon nitride displays a good sensitivity and selectivity toward NO2at room temperature.
