Abstract

Vital signs monitoring is a key tool in healthcare. We review our recent research on vital signs monitoring system based on optical fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI). The system can collect the user's heartbeat and breath signals continuously and remotely to provide big data for health analysis. Our technique is non-invasive, highly sensitive, and immune to electromagnetic interference.
