Abstract

This paper reports our recent work on narrow-linewidth tunable laser, which utilizes two etalons in the external cavity to obtain linewidth < 100 kHz, tuning range ∼ 40 nm, SMSR > 60 dB and fiber-coupled output power > 20 mW.
