Abstract
The effect of curvature and separation on the mutual coupling between probe feed rectangular microstrip antennas printed on a cylindrical surface is studied theoretically and experimentally. To incorporate the interactions between patches through the space wave as well as the surface wave, the rigorous spectral domain approach is adopted. The experiment is performed for the purpose of validation of the theoretical results.
