Abstract

The invention discloses a large dielectric constant polymer ceramic composite material comprising a polymer matrix and a ceramic powder embedded in a polymer matrix, wherein part of the polymer matrix is exposed and adsorbed on the surface of the ceramic powder, and the polymer is electrically insulating. The present invention is based on a flexible composite capacitor co-doped with a large dielectric constant material with metal ions, and simultaneously realizes a large dielectric constant, negligible dielectric loss and high energy density. The main oxide used in this CP system is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and abundant. In addition, the developed process is relatively simple, inexpensive, and suitable for large-scale production. As a result, these composite capacitors have great technical potential in many applications. These composites in this work are lightweight, scalable, and easy to fabricate into complex shapes compared to traditional ceramic materials, enabling miniaturization of compact systems. Their additional flexibility also holds a wide range of applications in modern electronics and energy storage devices.
