Abstract
We demonstrate ITU-grid multi-channel chirpfree CS-RZ optical pulse generation with a repetition rate of 160 GHz using a single set of a phase modulator driven by a 40 GHz clock and two stages of polarization-maintaining fiber. The unwanted low frequency tones are suppressed by more than 25 dB.
