Abstract

The discussion focuses on a multi-agent virtual enterprise (VE) supply chain network for order management. The proposed VE architecture integrates the concept of multi-agent system and case-based reasoning. The agents attached to the architecture are interface agents, task agents, information agents, and security agents. The architecture defines a unified and coherent structure consisting of constituent parts and the connections.
