Abstract
This paper presents a monolithically integrated planar micro fuel cell array on silicon substrate. The high active surface area catalysts were prepared by electrodeposition method. A model was proposed to optimize electrode dimensions for planar fuel cells. The performance evaluation of a twin-cell array demonstrated that serial connection was successful for both gaseous and liquid fuels.
