Abstract

We have numerically studied the frequency tunable range of microwave signal generation using sideband injection locking in an Fabry-Pérot laser diode. The effect of optical injection power, AC/DC components of the bias current are studied. The sideband injection locking in frequency doubling, tripling and quadrupling is compared.
