Abstract

The present invention relates to an intelligent method and system for predicting health condition of Pogo pins within a production line, the method comprising: receiving one or more data collected from a plurality of tested Pogo pins (102); applying a pre-trained deep learning model for assessing the data (104); outputting a predicted series of health index value based on the data to predict health condition of the Pogo pins (106); and, alerting an operator via an alarm system when the predicted series of health index value exceeds a pre-determined threshold (108).
