Abstract
The internal friction (IF) of SrBi2Ta2O9(SBT) ceramics was measured to study the fatigue property of SBT ceramics. Oxygen vacancies induced the IF peak, however, too high oxygen vacancy density resulted in the disappearance of IF peak. No SBT fatigue was observed at room temperature because the pinning of the domain wall is weaker and easily-depinned.
